Autumn Term 2016

This term we are focusing on different tribes around the world. We have been fascinated so far by looking at how tribes still exist today and have been comparing their lives to ours. Tribal life can be very different to the way we live in the UK.

This term we will be researching tribes throughout history and seeing how different tribes value many different aspects of life. Through History, Geography, Literacy, RE and ICT we will be investigating how people live across the world. We will also be learning a tribal dance by planning and developing our own ideas and techniques. We have already created some amazing African sunset artwork in relation to the many tribes still living in Africa.

We have a very exciting school trip planned to Cadbury World where we will be participating in a workshop about the Aztecs.
